    Steve

    Steve Erickson

    President and CEO

    Steve is the guiding force for our strategy, vision, profitability, and growth. He joined Access Sciences in 2006 as VP of Professional Services and took the helm as CEO in 2016. Steve brings multiple decades of information management experience to the job, in government, power & utilities, aerospace, and other industries. 

    Career highlights include Arthur Andersen, where he was a leader in the development of the first automated collection system for the IRS. At Eagle Aerospace, he led planning and tracking activities for all Space Station Freedom design tasks for NASA’s Johnson Space Center, as well as engineering analysis tasks for the world’s first space launch of a private rocket and payload. At SPACEHAB, he initiated and managed the path to ISO 9001 certification.
     
    Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he focused on computer hardware and language architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and computer vision. He serves on the Energy Transition Committee of the Greater Houston Partnership, is an active leader in the Boy Scouts of America, and is past Chairman of the Board of the Arthur Ginzbarg Nature Discovery Center.

    Kathy Jordan

    Vice President of Professional Services

    Kathy makes sure our clients constantly receive exceptional services. Over more than two decades at Access Sciences, she has created and implemented progressive strategies to achieve top-tier service delivery and build long-lasting relationships with our clients.  

    Companies and government agencies trust Kathy with their vital information and ambitious goals because every day, in every action, she leads our team and guides our clients with empathy, experience, and keen perspective on their specific challenges. Whether she’s interacting with teammates or clients, her guidance is dedicated, honest, practical, and actionable. 

    Kathy is a passionate forward-thinker. Her leadership at Access Sciences has driven innovation, fostered thought leadership, advanced our reputation, expanded our team, and propelled our growth. Kathy earned her BA from Louisiana State University and her MLIS from the University of North Texas. She’s an active supporter of the SPCA, Houston Arboretum, and the Memorial Park Conservancy.
